Cacao Ceremony

Join us in ceremony to ground, flow, and understand yourself on a deeper level within a peaceful space. Drinking cacao, especially in community, is a heart-opening and energetically healing experience. Our session will also include intention setting, journaling, meditation, reflection, and movement (in a light yoga flow). All cacao ceremonies are unique, and ours will focus on gaining clarity and connection with yourself and others. 

Cacao is known for its mood boosting effects and is one of the highest natural sources of antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals. The ceremony is designed to elevate your state of mind and open you to embracing intentions as you connect more deeply with yourself and the community. This is one of the oldest holistic practices used by many indigenous cultures from around the world to unify body, mind, heart, & spirit. 

Please come in comfortable clothing, and bring water, a journal or notebook for you to write in. All other supplies will be provided (yoga mats, bolsters, blocks, blankets) but you are welcome to bring your own mat or anything else that will make you more comfortable.
