You are welcome to rest and recover in a healing frequency environment at Willow & Birch. Enjoy a healing sound journey with crystal singing bowls, didgeridoo, voice & other potent and gentle healing sound instruments played by Lisa. This will be an opportunity to explore deep and multidimensional aspects of your body & mind and all layers of your being. Let the therapeutic vibrational energy support you on your wellness journey to restore and connect with yourself in profound ways.
Please note that we will provide yoga mats, bolsters, meditation cushions, kantha quilts, and eye masks to help you feel most comfortable and maximize your relaxation experience. You are welcome to bring your own cozy blanket or anything else you prefer for added comfort.
We will also be offering 15% off the entire boutique for attendees and serving hot tea after each session.
