Service Description

SUNDAY ENERGIZING FLOW: Join us for a 60-minute, all levels class that features detoxifying twists, feel good movement, and nourishing breath work that will leave you feeling recharged and ready for the week ahead! WEDNESDAY NIGHT RESTORATIVE YOGA: Show yourself some love with this 60-minute gentle flow that features poses for emotional release, as well as physical and mental restoration. A self-love meditation is woven into each practice, along with soothing music specially curated with healing vibrations. Blocks, yoga straps, blankets, and mats are available in studio, but you are welcome to bring your own mat and/or props. Please bring a water bottle to class. Walk-in’s are welcome, but it’s recommended that you register in advance to secure your spot. (Max capacity of 10 people per class). All attendees receive 15% off the boutique and complimentary tea is served after each class. ABOUT COLLEEN DAVIDSON: When Colleen began her yoga journey, she started noticing profound changes in her body and mind and she learned to use yoga as a way to transform her mindset from a state of stress and overwhelm to empowerment and acceptance. Her training, provided by the non-profit Breathe for Change, focused on using trauma-informed yoga and mindfulness in schools and communities to promote social change and to provide social-emotional learning for all ages. Colleen hopes to share what she’s learned with others to inspire healing, self-discovery, and community through yoga and its transformative powers for the mind, body, and soul.
