Service Description

Step into peace, calm, and serenity as you invite your body and mind to surrender during this 75-minute gentle yoga and guided meditation class! We will begin with breath-work and centering, followed by a soothing slow flow of yin-style deep stretches with long holds, targeting the connective tissues, allowing your body to slowly release tension. The restorative poses will be prop-supported allowing for deeper physical relaxation. The class will seamlessly transition to a guided meditation where you will gently be led to a journey of mindful awareness and deep relaxation, promoting calm and clarity. This class is perfect for beginners or experienced yogis who want to de-stress and cultivate a peace of mind, body, and soul. Blocks, yoga straps, blankets, and mats are available in studio, but you are welcome to bring your own mat and/or props. Please bring a water bottle to class. Walk-in’s are welcome, but it’s recommended that you register in advance to secure your spot. (Max capacity of 10 people per class). All attendees receive 15% off the boutique and complimentary tea is served after each class. ABOUT KIM MATZL: Kim has enjoyed practicing yoga for several years and is excited to share her passion and experience with others. Her classes are sequenced to develop strength and flexibility with movement and breath. She offers students an opportunity to practice and explore in a safe and warm environment. In her class, you can expect to unwind, breathe, and find your edge.
